    "This is a nice and quiet neighborhood. Good access from Republic and Ninth streets to other parts of town. Sunset Park has 25 acres and is great to have easy access to. Good for walking, picnics, kids, and pets. It has a waterfall, streams and small ponds. The city does a good job of keeping it clean and landscaped and the police patrol the area to minimize potential trouble. Neighbors are friendly and give as much privacy as you want. Some occasional traffic with emergency/police vehicles on Republic/Ninth otherwise not much traffic on the side streets. Parking on Republic is limited to the north side of the street. Most homes in area appear to in good repair and well-maintained. "

    "The main problem is a lack of grocery stores in the immediate area. Also, the nearest grade school is too far for children to walk; a bus or other transportation will be needed. However, the school is good quality--well worth the commute. The city bus system does not run past 9 PM weekdays (5 PM Saturdays), but there are many stops in the neighborhood, making transportation fairly easy. The area is within walking distance of the downtown area, which has several restaurants, shopping (high and low end) and two museums."
