A background check and credit check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
Applicant must be a non-smoker.
Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. All prospective tenants must complete an application.
One dog or cat may be permitted (up to 50 lbs). A pet is subject to $30 per month pet rent and a non-refundable $500 Pet Fee.
Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved.
