Solid surface counters in the kitchen with plenty of cabinets and the stainless appliances stay. The washer and dryer hookups are tucked into a large closet just off of the kitchen. (No need to go to the basement for laundry). Downstairs, there is a large finished space in the lower level with a full bathroom. This lower level can be used as a non-conforming bedroom and/or a family room. The unfinished area of the lower level has multiple shelving units and ample storage space. Foundation 1 just completed over $11,000 of work in early December that completely corrected a foundation concern. They dug out and sealed the left wall of the house, added a high power sump pump with a battery back-up and sealed all cracks. There is a transferrable lifetime warranty. If you looked at this home before - please look again, the paint, repairs to the basement and the exterior grading makes it look and feel like a different property.
