The den has French doors leading to a generous screened porch. The kitchen is large, with lots of storage and counter space, and overlooks the little den. There is a main floor laundry room with space to fold and hang clothes. There are two updated bathrooms (no tubs, only showers). The three bedrooms are quite small. There are hardwoods throughout, except for the den/tv room, which has a brick floor, and the bathrooms, which are tiled. While we would consider a pet, the back yard is small and is not fenced. The house is on a cul-de-sac less than two blocks from the Fairway shops and restaurants. There is a one-car garage.
