"This is a sedate neighborhood that has seen at least one generation of owners mature into retirement age, and though few young children are to be seen, it is a safe and quiet area with many streets relatively light on traffic. The time for a generational turnover to a younger, more child-oriented ownership has arrived. It is a nice area for walking. Free on-street parking, entertainment and dining venues abound in this city, many on this side of town. This is a clean neighborhood--well-to-do but not out of sight!"
