"Really pay close attention to the areas you are interested in as some are better than others. Some parts of the near eastside are wonderful, safe, and have a great sense of community. Other areas are rough, dangerous, and noisy. "

"yes, the houses in the area are getting flipped and remodeled but it still doesn't feel like a safe neighborhood. I've walked less than a block to Rabble coffee and Mayfair Taproom (which are both awesome) several times and haven't ever made it to either without some kind of weird run in with someone loitering nearby. "My neighborhood is a up-and-coming neighborhood they’re building brand new houses and remodeling old houses cleaning up the neighborhood bringing in good people with jobs and they are buying the property that they are renting that are still plum property owners that are right have rental property but they’re all doing a good job. I drive back-and-forth to work every day and I park my car in my backyard there is a house on Marlowe Avenue I would love to see tore down it’s a nuisance to the neighborhood"
