    "yes, the houses in the area are getting flipped and remodeled but it still doesn't feel like a safe neighborhood. I've walked less than a block to Rabble coffee and Mayfair Taproom (which are both awesome) several times and haven't ever made it to either without some kind of weird run in with someone loitering nearby.     "There's a neighborhood yard sale that coincides with Woodruff's annual neighborhood yard sale. Plus there's a lot of new renovations going on to try to liven up the neighborhood. Woodruff is a nice place to live and our neighborhood is trying to grow with it as well "

    "My neighborhood is a up-and-coming neighborhood they’re building brand new houses and remodeling old houses cleaning up the neighborhood bringing in good people with jobs and they are buying the property that they are renting that are still plum property owners that are right have rental property but they’re all doing a good job. I drive back-and-forth to work every day and I park my car in my backyard there is a house on Marlowe Avenue I would love to see tore down it’s a nuisance to the neighborhood"

    "I have been attacked several times walking in the neighborhood. Many times it’s because no one has a backyard and everyone has a dog. Both times the dogs were not neutered and aggressive. It's the #1 reason I'm leaving this part of the near east side."
