"I know this neighborhood, because over the years, I had family members, relatives. and friends that reside in this area. I also lived close by on 4th & Pierce, where I frequently would take the skyway to and from work. The neighborhoods in the area, was mostly quiet, and peaceful, everyone then kept their yards, nice and clean. I believe this will be a nice area for me to live. Thank you."
