9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent, I could not be happier. With progressive underpinnings, competent teachers, and wide resources, Washburne maintains a culture of respect for the kids, thereby coaxing kids into caring about the development of their own academic abilities. While so many other schools seem designed to kill a student's natural curiosity and love of learning, Washburne works hard to re-awaken it.Parent Review9y ago - Crow Island Elementary School

"Lived here for 22 years. Raised our family here. Would do it again given the chance. Great mix of people from different backgrounds and heritage. Only downfall is politically backwards and cannot get anything done in the village that’s required to stay current with infrastructure or lifestyle. "
