I have had all my kids at WHS and I love the teachers and this community.

A lot of people at the school get bullied. The teachers barely ever pay attention to what people are doing, they just talk about it like it's no big deal. Some students smoke and take drugs and the teachers or principal either don't do anything about it or are too "busy" to care. Most of the stuff we learn at this school is easy. Most of the teachers are rude to the students. Almost all of the teachers are really strict about phones, they can't just take your phone away and keep it for the rest of the quarter, they didn't buy it and it's not their business. The teachers are either nice or rude, they yell at the students and that's not always a good way to cope with the situation depending on what it is. Some teachers can be disrespectful and talk back rudely to the student. A few teachers don't always let students go to the bathroom even when they really need to go. A lot of fights could happen and it usually goes around the school, sometimes the teachers don't care, sometimes they will just talk about it to the students, or they'll say something about it. Usually, when the principal finds out, he may do something. Most of the teachers care about what the students are thinking or saying and they make a lot of the students cry because they are so mean.

The teachers are thoughtful and their awareness towards the development of each student is incredible. The administration been very supportive and great at communicating. This is especially important considering the last few years. We feel very informed and appreciative all of their efforts
