"It's a quiet neighborhood, great for walking, running, riding bikes. People wave at you when they see you out even if they dont know you. Families and retired people mostly in the community."

"Dogs and or any pets are not welcome in my direct community unless they are service animals. But there is a dog park less than a mile away for those living in neighborhoods in surrounding areas."

"Pretty quiet for the most part. I like all the mature trees and the dog park is just down the road. The park and pool are also within Walking distance."

"The neighbors are nice, we're near schools and a frisbee golf course. It's pretty middle class; we're somewhere between the strip club and the golf course. "

"This neighborhood is so wonderful. I have lived here for years. It is quiet, peaceful, set away from the hustle but still very close. Ten minute bike ride to campus, or buses are excellent. The park at the end of the street really makes this a great location! Neighbors are all very kind and keep to themselves. "

"Have lived in different areas of Urbana for almost 50 years. This is one of the nicest. It's especially convenient to both Carle and U of I which are just about 5 minutes away. Urbana is a bike friendly community. This area is also close to a great dog park as well as both indoor and outdoor Aquatic Centers, Urbana has excellent parks and park district programs.. All this and super easy access to I 74. "

"There are a lot of great ranch/bungalow style homes in this neighborhood. Very close to restaurants/shopping, and Crystal Lake park is a minute walk away (and the new pool opens in 2013!). Also within walking distance of Carle Hospital, and the county fairgrounds. I lived in this neighborhood for years, and absolutely loved it. I'm here visiting friends now, but if I hadn't left the state for work, I would move back to this area in a heartbeat. "
