    "High traffic area. Often speeding cars, and a lot of teenage drivers. Just be vigilant when allowing kids to go out and ride bikes with friends, play outside, etc. "

The houses and yards are maintained very well. People walk their dogs too. If we were in the market to move to Springfield I would be looking to buy in this area."
