4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’ll start by saying I am so glad my children don’t attend this school anymore. The environment here is horrible. Bullying is out of control and nothing is ever done about it. The lunchroom staff is incredibly rude to the children and there is one lunch room lady that screams at the top of her lungs at the students over the MICROPHONE! Admin doesn’t do anything about it and they continue to let her treat the children horribly. Racism is also a huge issue here so please take that into consideration. This school does not have your children’s best interests at heart. Do yourself a favor and go to another school. You’d be better off homeschooling. Just being honest. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.Other Review3mo ago - Troy Hofer Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is one of the best schools in the Troy District! I am proud to say that my kids went there and my oldest loves coming back to visit his former educators!Parent Review3y ago - Joliet West High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHalf of the teachers are amazing and the others are horrible and don’t want to help students. I graduated in 2020 and the only good thing about this school is the diversity in students so you have a good chance of making at least one really good friend. Fights are normal, drugs are normal. Even if the school wanted to which they don’t it would be really really hard to stop it. Half the school is stuck up rich kids who are worthless and the other half are kids from broke families all dealing with it in their own ways. Also will schools ever learn that in school suspensions are worthless. I’d skip classes to get iss to then basically skip class because you can’t do homework or anything in there it’s just a free nap.Other Review1y ago - Check out schools near 606 Crystal Dr.

"Corn fest I guess. The better events usually take place around shorewood. This community needs more festivals. And if there are some, then they are not advertised as well. Hopefully that huge screen on rt 59 and Theodore helps. "

"Very quiet, not many kids. Good for families with older children or couples without children. Must take care of yard or will be judged. Not a place for neighborly people, many people are “ok” not becoming friendly with their neighbors. Great local bars for younger crowds. Awesome brewery near. Really good breakfast restaurants in the area! "
