Middle School is tough for children with all the changes kids go through, but we found the teachers and administration to be fully involved and supportive. The curriculum was strong and prepared our kids for high school, where both have excelled. "The school district is amazing, some neighborhoods are older generation though, not many kids around. Some neighborhoods feel they’re richer than others. Good shopping but route 47 as well as Randall road get contested. I love it here, just being real"

"Houses decorated for Halloween and Christmas. Bus tour to see Christmas light houses. We live close to Algonquin, Huntley, Crystal Lake, we can go any community event. The Sunset festival the best. I love the rock bands!"

"Not sure. I’m not a dog owner. I see many residents walking dogs, or having dogs in their yards. Not all neighbors have sidewalks. And most roads are narrow, only allowing 1 car to drive on, up and down steep hills. "
