I have two boys that previously went to private school in the city, but enrolled in Deerpath after moving to Lake Forest.The school and students were welcoming, and the academic offerings were much broader than what was offered by their previous school, as well as others we looked at in the city.Communication to the parents is excellent, and my interactions with the teachers and administration have been professional, prompt, and remind me of a private school in spite of the larger size of the student body.Some parents will always be unhappy, but nearly all of the parents I have met since moving to Lake Forest love this school.Parent Review1y ago - Lake Forest High School

"Lake Forest is a dream town to live in. The schools and activities are excellent. The only downside is that one must have a lot of money to buy a home here, and children can be overly indulged. The town is beautiful and safe, but it does not have much diversity. Education and sports are top priorities."
