Make sure to see the 3D tour under the virtual tour button on most real estate internet search engines. Note from sellers: Back in 2014, the home was "move-in-ready", and as two young adults just starting off in their careers, this was something we placed value in. All the essentials and basic requirements of a home were already in place and some extras too - a spacious layout, a beautiful fenced-in yard to welcome a future puppy, and a finished basement. We have since updated many of the rooms and added our own personal touches as well. Our favorite room in the entire house is the sunroom, where interestingly enough, we spent many nights hanging out with neighbors and friends after the kids went to sleep. We also love our backyard, with abundant space for the kids to play and just the right amount of privacy and shade! We hope you can envision your future here, as this home has been filled with so much joy and From fantastic neighbors to a brand new playground at the end of the street, the setting truly is perfect. We have walked our dog almost every day along the paved paths around Tylerton Lake and Typson Lake. The Rollins Savannah Forest Preserve is also within walking or biking distance. Many Wednesday afternoons were spent walking to downtown Grayslake for weekly visits to the Farmer's Market and the strong sense of community in Grayslake is one that we truly are sad to leave behind.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have one child at Frederick school. We have been very happy with the quality of education. Our child's teacher is very skilled at teaching, and they use a subject specialization model so that our child has a specific teacher for math, science, social studies, etc. It helps get them ready for junior high and high school. I like the regular communication through the Infinite Portal and through weekly emails. They give parents plenty of ways to be involved. My only real complaint is that there appears to be a lot of bullying at the school. I don't hear a lot about what is being done to make the school more welcoming to all students.Parent Review1y ago - Grayslake North High School
