Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from June 29, 2023
This is a four bedroom home with two beds on the main floor and a full bath with a walk in shower. It has a living room and eat in kitchen and a large laundry room that could also serve another purpose because of its size. It was used as an office previously with a small sitting area. The backyard is fenced but a gate will need to be installed to complete the enclosure. The deck off of the kitchen has been covered with an addition of the roof. The upper level has two more bedrooms and a full bath. The second bedroom upstairs has built in cabinetry with a solid surface top that was also used as an office area upstairs. Also, the box in the laundry next to the electrical panel is for the whole house generator. The owner has decided to sell "as is". A list of city requirements will be available soon.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe absolutely love this school! My son is extremely happy, and very involved here. We as parents think the small class sizes are great. His class sizes are around 18! They offer plenty of extra curricular activities; soccer, science club, student council, Let me run, Chess, basketball, softball, and many more. The staff is very friendly and approachable. If the kids, (or parents) ever have questions, the kids can email their teacher and usually get a response immediately. This is a fabulous school, I would give it more stars if I could.Other Review7y ago - William Holliday Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible. The staff seem happy and know all the kids and parents, but obviously they suffer at actually teaching and reining in bullies.Parent Review5y ago - Belleville High School-East

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLooking at the reviews and having graduated a couple year earlier, I can confirm that Belleville East HS is an above average school. Many of the staff give it their all to make the school welcoming and a safe environment. They offer many ap, art, and trade class, learning and mental health awareness programs, and some counseling services. I have personally known and am people whom have been helped by these initiatives to stay in school, do better in school, and persue a higher education. While there's too many teachers to make an overarching statement but most are very smart, kind, and seems to genuinely enjoy teaching. One thing in particular I saw helped the most people was J.B.'s "mental-health days" which were basically just a couple of free excused absences (first one is completely free, then you're offered the mental counseling services) for every student every so often which students here often used them for general emergencies, mental breaks, and even to cram studying when desperate. Many of the teachers and staff were understanding and helpful when it came to these. At this school the schools counselors, teachers, and social staff genuinely want the students to succeed and often are very good at their jobs. There many many programs at the school and West Belleville Highschool (same district) aimed to help students succeed in every way and, arguably equally important, programs and policies to make the aforementioned programs accessible. Unfortunately many students have been through a lot from many factors (covid, financial hardships, etc.), so many of those issues that come with troubled kids arise (fighting, more likely to drop out, suspectable to addiction, stress, and depression). However even in a decent sized school, most of the staff are well aware of these issues and will often try to help students at the root of their problems and are no strangers to volunteer work and fund raising. Overall: While it could do with more funding and staff itself, it is definitely using it well. And many of the staff are very good.Other Review4mo ago - Check out schools near 505 Lemans Way.

"This neighborhood is in one of the oldest parts of the town, it's a Hodge podge of one or two home dating back to around 1912, early 50's ranch homes, and a few brick bungalows. It backs against a ravine, so it has a very secluded feel, even though it's located in what has become a major retail destination in this area."
