All units come unfurnished, options to connect with previous tenants for furniture are available.
Application fee is $40 per application, everyone living in unit over the age of 18 must apply with an individual application If the applicant does not have credit history or sufficient income to support rent payments they will need a guarantor. There is no extra fee for processing a guarantor application.
Last month's rent is due at lease signing and First month's rent is due prior to move-in.
