2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averageif any one is reading this You do not want ur children going to DHS!! There are gang banger, drug dealer, fighting, u name it.. not only that but my older son who went there ( that has special needs) would get pushed and slammed into the walls because none of these kids care, even as a parent u can't walk thru the hall with out getting pushed and shoved.. I took this to the school and someone told me that my son needs to walk with his elbows out to basically get thru the hall way.. It's truly sad!! This school is the worst.. The thugs and drug dealers need to be expelled.. They know who the kids are and nothing gets done.. Now that is the truth and not to mention they are always running out of food for lunch time so not all kids get the same as others! Pretty messed up if u ask me.. I could go on on.. I'm thankful I moved out of Danville.. There is not any good schools there as for middle and high school.. Let not 4 get to mention all the kids who can leave school to go smoke and get high by their football field.. And the school knows about that as well cuz I have even told them when i seen it for myself.. One more very important detail as for last year, one of the thugs brought a gun to school.. They did find the gun thank god, they did put all students on lock down by locking all the classroom doors. But as for one child who was stuck n the hall way and not one teacher would unlock their door so he could go n classroom.. Would be really sad and scary if it was worse.. Thank God no one got hurt.. But this is what I'm talking about.. Really scary that Dhs could have been a massacre like other schools have been.. I really pray that they would clean up that school and protect all the kids who Have to go there.. Not only are the schools bad but so is Danville.. I mean my God just this pass week we have 3 homicide..Other Review7y ago - Liberty Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers do the best they can, 80-85% of students show no respect for the educational system. Many times I feel administrators have little respect too. I come across Teachers from North Ridge that are now teaching at other schools; I ask them why they moved and usually I get a look and a statement like "you know the way things roll there".Teacher Review3y ago - Check out schools near 28 Lakeshore Dr.

"Teenagers are likely to fall into the wrong crowd if they don’t have anything productive to do. You’ll have to travel to another town for them to actually have fun. Which cost extra money. For gas and most likely have to eat out Bc your home isn’t within distance to go and come back "
