From the moment you walk in you'll be wowed with the latest features--a brand new kitchen, new roof, new windows, new floors, more. Differentiating itself from the competition among other older homes in the area, the incredibly smart floor plan features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the upper level (including a true master suite), a half bath perfect for guests and entertaining on the main level (where you'll also find a huge area for dining next to the brand new kitchen with stainless Whirlpool appliances and gorgeous island) and a huge living room with a stunning vintage fireplace. The lower level is partially finished with a 4th bedroom and a full bath (tub, vanity and toilet all brand new). Tall ceilings and tons of natural light throughout. All new lighting, plumbing (check out the bronze glass standing shower in the master bath for starters), a fenced back yard, and skylights on the second floor complete the designer touches. Possible related living in the lower level due to the second exit...brand new water heater and furnace; with the gas forced air you're ready for AC, just add compressor. Must see to believe and appreciate fully!

"Bud Biliken Parade, the car and boat shows are the only community event I’m aware of. Unfortunately more needs to happen in this area. I’m happy to finally see a decent grocery’s store such as Mariano’s. I heard a Pete’s grocery store is coming soon so I’m hopeful that some of these anchor stores will be an attraction for more retail businesses in the community. We shouldn’t have to depend on events at McCormick place."
- Nehrubar

"We have the Bud Billiken parade and several arts and community festivals. We have landmark buildings and active restoration projects. "
