"It’s a great area for dog owners. Dog park near by for the puppies to play around in and a beach as well. A dog groomer in the area that is trust worthy. Plenty of walking room for you and your puppy. Don’t know if many dislikes in the area but I’m sure there might be some but I can’t think of any and can only think of all the wonderful and great things about loving wth a dog in this neighborhood. "Edgefest is always a popular attraction for nearby residents. Edgewater also plays host to its own farmers market where a peruser can find organic produce, hand made crafts as well as beautiful pieces of art. All this plus the benefit of being surrounded by Local shops and Small businesses "

"This is a very family friendly neighborhood. It seems like everyone had kids and a dog around here. There is an elementary school around the corner and huge high school just a few blocks away from where I live. The parking situation is a nightmare, but otherwise it is a nice quiet, relatively inexpensive area super close to the beach and the train."

"Halloween is an event in our neighborhood. It’s one of the reason that made me fall in love with the area. So many neighbors make sure the little ones and adults have a great time and are so welcoming. Our first year here, it was raining and there were so many tents set up to make it less daunting. Such thoughtful neighbors"
