"Many aggressive breeds around. Many people do not pick up after their dogs. But, there is a ton of open space and grass for the dogs to walk and play."

"This area really needs a big dedicated dog park. And the sidewalks need cleaning up. There are lots of young families and dogs though. It’s definitely an improving neighborhood."

"It is a very nice neighborhood and improving all the time. We have nice grocery stores, good and improving restaurants, and a very friendly vibe. The only thing that can be annoying is the blue line after work. But other than that we really enjoy living here "

"We’ve lived in this area for the last 5 years. Still dangerous and gangs but nice older neighbors who take pride in their beautiful homes. However, It’s shameful how much litter is constantly strewn all over the area."
