Description

Great Pilsen Duplex - Dramatic two bedroom one bath bright space. - One of the most unique spaces in Pilsen. New apartment recent gut rehab. Great two bedroom with one full bathrooms. Extra bonus upstairs space for office or library area. Wonderful lofty feel with tall ceilings and nice skylights letting lots of natural light. Apartment above Spoke and Bird Bakery. Views of great Pilsen landmarks to the east (St. Procopious and Thalia Hall) looks like you live in central Europe. Everything in the building is new including electric and plumbing. Stainless appliances including dishwasher. Nice stone kitchen counters. Kitchen looks great. New oak hardwood floors. Basement bike storage and clean laundry room. Extra storage available. Cats are okay. Sorry no dogs.

I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines and pink line EL stop at Ashland. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this new space. Extra storage available. If you don't yet know about Pilsen then you should; it's the last great neighborhood in Chicago.

"I drive to work but parking is a problem when I return home and as it gets later in the evening. The restaurants nearby attract a lot of visitors who park on the streets that have parking requirements so that leaves less parking for residents."

"I’ve been living here for over 2 years now. It’s really growing and changing a lot. The o my thing I hate about it super dirty sidewalks (broken glass, food etc). It’s all due all the festivals we have here all the time. I just wish after all summer fun ppl can clean up. I own dogs and it’s super hard to walk them with all the glass and nasty food on the ground "
