"Your commute will depend on where you are going and the method of transportation. The commute to the public transit Loop is about 40 min to an hour depending on timing and is pleasant. Going in the morning you can always find a seat."

"Rogers Park is the greatest community I’ve ever lived in and I’ve lived all across the country and in 2 other countries. My family came back here to settle. It is the way neighbors look out for each other, and lend a helping hand. "

"All kinds of people live here and get to know each other well. There is a good-sized LGBTQ community and there are LGBTQ businesses here that enjoy community support. There is racial and class diversity here. There is a university, a bookstore, good restaurants, artists, people with unusual pets, families. We have great beaches. Rogers Park is the best. "

"Majority of residences are multi unit buildings! there are blocks with single family homes but know that it's mostly apartment and condo living and there aren't enough parking spaces for everyone on the street! since we are close to the red line you will see strange characters as you meander closer to the train station.
