4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHighly recommend GMS! Great staff, great administration. High level classes are offered, the school has great communication with parents. The students are respectful and kind to each other. I have volunteered at the school many times and see this every time. It truly is a great school!Parent Review11mo ago - Glenwood Intermediate School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGlenwood Intermediate Schools is "okay". After living in five different states, I'm disappointed in Illinois' standards and lack of funding despite SKY HIGH property taxes. I don't understand the "registration fee" required for every student for 12 years in this state, and I can confirm other reviews that students (and parents) are extremely clique-oriented and students are very entitled. This is a very spoiled area.Other Review7y ago - Check out schools near 310 W Walnut St.

"This is the third time I have lived in Chatham. Safe. Clean. Good schools. However, switching water from Springfield to the Village was a Hugh mistake. Water cost is unusually high and water quality is poor. "
