2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHorrible experience with registration. Returning Student information incorrect, deleted and no information available in skyward. Last minute notification. Horrible communication on what is actually the real issue other than robot calls with no actual specifics. No STAFF reaches out to you especially after leaving messages. I had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone to try and assist me.Claudia Gonzalez is very rude; no class and no respect when speaking on the phone. She has a tone as if she does not like her job and did not assist this concerned parent, other than to say don't send your child to school on Monday because a schedule will not be available. Quick to give me her information along with her supervisor's as if this is nothing new to her and isn't nothing going to be done about it attitude anyway."I been speaking to parents all day" "Go ahead and call the district" her exact words. My Straight "A" Honors Student has to suffer the consequences of the school's lack of communication & staff that want to hurry up and get you off the phone instead of helping you resolve the actual problem. This is very unfortunate that parents have to deal with this type of non-sense from school administration. Very Unprofessional!Parent Review8mo ago - Irving Elementary School
