"Area is well maintained; people care about their homes here. Traffic is good; Kirk road by Fermilab is a bit busy but the neighborhood is enough away from it. Good place to live with kids; two parks are walking distance from home. Close to malls, restaurants and downtown as well as bike paths and fermilab which has great bike paths and Buffalos to view, as well! "

"Batavia is a great place to work and play. Very stable housing market, new schools (no overcrowding) Community that works hard to keep Batavia looking beautiful and current for residents and visitors. It is a nice close community without being all up-in-your-business. Moved here in 1996 and still love this little town. "
