7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school district is predominantly white and LDS. If you do not fit into this mold or have parents who do you can expect bullying. The students openly use hate speech ( racial slurs, slurs pertaining to sexual orientation) with no consequences. In terms of teaching, the school district lacks funds to pay teachers accordingly and many teachers have second jobs. I have personally witness a teacher throwing kids assignments at them across the classroom. These have been on going problems in the school for at least the past 7 years we have been in this school district. The area favors white, LDS, jocks. If you don’t fit into this mold and have a different path in life I would not recommend this school.Parent Review2mo ago - Kershaw Intermediate School

"There are neighborhood trunk or treats at Halloween. Large free carnival events take place for the beginning of the school year, Halloween, and Christmas. These are very family friendly and include activities simple enough for toddlers. One of these organizations affiliated with the school district supports weekly and monthly preschool activities and teen activity groups that are open to the public and free."
