    "It’s safe. The people are helpful and most seem cheerful unless it’s raining heavy outside. I like the fact that most dog owners clean up after their pets while taking them for a walk. All or most of the neighbors lawns are well maintained too. I like having my apt. located 5 minutes from the freeway too. Parents need to be sure their children walk w friends or a trusted neighbor that lives near them. It’s best not to have your kids walk alone after 9pm."
