"12-15 minutes through downtown or I can go the long way around up Stone park Blvd. traffic is minimal in almost every part of Sioux City. The worst thing is the lack of planning that seems to happen with City road projects. They need to coordinate the timing better so that not all main traffic ways are down at the same time. Also. The trains in various parts of town can make it difficult during before and after work times. "

"Many people in the neighborhood own dogs, and frequently walk them through the neighborhood..Fences are required however, and different neighborhoods have different standards for their fencing, so it’s best to check guidelines ahead of time."
