there are good things and bad things everywhere you go. clarke has a wide variety of teachers and 99% care about their students. they're willing to help you if you don't understand something. if a kid is doing something wrong such as bullying, it depended on the situation before the leadership may have taken action. but leadership has now changed. the school has so many programs for kids to join its wonderful to not have to open enroll into a different school just for one sport or academic program.

MAP testing scores (Measures of Academic Progress is 2nd required Standardized test required by the State of Iowa ) showed 2 years growth in one academic year in the 7th grade Reading Dept.

The Leader In Me is a very wonderful program. It tells the kids how to use the seven habits in everyday life not just in school. I have been here for five years now and think it is amazing. There are guest speakers often which talk about different things in life. Our most recent guest was Roger Day who sang to us and told us about how to be a songwriter. He told us all the different steps it takes to write a good song.
