"The neighborhood is friendly and walkable for pets but the hearts are small and this is something that I find a big problem, it’s why I haven’t gotten a dog. I need to wait until I move somewhere with a larger yard."

"Parkway Street is a quiet little neighborhood one block off South Grandview. It is close to downtown and 2 minutes away from Highway 20 which gives it quick access to the west end & shopping. The street is very quiet with a variety of young families & retired persons. Since it is not a main street the only traffic is from the people who live here - a nice thing for families with young children. During winter snow season many neighbors love to use their snowblowers to clear everyone's sidewalks. I have lived here for just over 10 years and absolutely think it is one of the best neighborhoods you could possibly live in anywhere."
