Utilities are included in rent (except for wi-fi and cable); absolutely no smoking please and small pets are allowed. There is ample street parking available. Rent is month-to-month

The negatives include: The bathroom is on the smaller side and has shower but no tub and you will hear the garbage & recycling/greens truck when they come (Tues/Fri AM). While there is a washer available outside of the unit there is no dryer (hang only).

    "Great neighborhood, elitist neighbors. It sure would be nice if people were more welcoming. They refuse to even look at me when I say hello. I'm not sure what happened to the Spirit of Aloha, but it's certainly missing in Nu'uanu. Other than that, it's a physically beautiful neighborhood and so close to downtown. It's convenient to everything, and I couldn't imagine living in a better location. Pali is beautifully green, and Pali Hwy gives such easy access to the Windward side. "
