Special A2 zoned development opportunity. These properties have not been marketed since 1953 and represent an ideal opportunity for redevelopment into higher density residential/apartment use and development under Bill 7. 702 Prospect and 1617 Alapai each contain 2 dwellings with 3 rental units each for a total of 6 rental units. The location is ideally located on the slope of Punchbowl. Buyer to do their own due diligence as to development ability. These properties are a very rare chance to own A2 zoned land in probably the most premier A2 zoned land on Oahu. A beautiful residential area with close proximity to Downtown and skyrocketing land values. Some of the units are on month to month rental agreements significantly below market value. Please do not disturb the occupants.

"I have lived here since 2017 and I absolutely love this neighborhood. It's quite, friendly, safe and very child friendly. There is never any crime and you hardly ever hear emergency sirens. Every single neighbor has been wonderful and polite except one. "

"Best place to live in DC. It’s a beautiful neighborhood that is urban but not downtown. It’s all about the park and trail, tons of restaurants, things to do, grocery stores, markets, bar. Has its own metro in easy walking distance and a trail that connect you to the east side of the city. "
- Ryan B

"NoMa Bid has been creating a huge sense of community in Eckington and NoMa. For one they keep the area so clean and you always see their workers sweeping the sidewalks, changing trashing, maintenance at the dog park. And then there’s the events, most at the A.T. Park and the MBTrail. Movie in the park, farmers market, holiday events like pumpkin patch/contest, and of course the mural walls festival. The trail and park have beautiful murals everywhere and each year local artist renew most of them. (NoMa in Color). Also the dog parks is a big vibe in the area, Eckington Dog Park is the best in the city, but there are 4 in the area. Also, Bouldering Project is a cool bouldering and fitness gym. Theres tons of grocery, restaurants, bars and beer gardens, etc. it’s surround by Union Market, Brookland, Shaw, H Street… all connect my the MBT (bike/walk trail) and NoMa/Gallaudet Metro Station (subway).
