Choice is the students to make, what plays a big part is the parents: what do you do to help your child succeed? Do you help them with their homework? Do you know who your child hangs out with? Do you know what your child does when you are not around? You had a choice to have a child, now do what you can to make your child succeed. Don't blame it on a teacher if your child doesn't want to learn. We put so much on Teacher's to make our child succeed but remember they have 180+ students. Could you make all the students succeed? Don't get me wrong there are some really good teachers that care about the students and school, but there are those who are there for the paycheck. The school offers a wide selection of electives and has one of the best senior project assignments in the state. The school has had many become doctors, scientists, journalist, architects, engineers, and successful businessman. "Far from Kahului & WAILUKU, Haiku is country and cool. Some areas are a bit spooky, but others are so beautiful. Be sure to ask your realtor which area of Haiku is right for you. "
