2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis year (2023) is the last year this school will be running as Gould Elementary School. but in my 7 years of experience as a parent and later a substitute teacher with the school, the past negative reviews are just that, A past review. in those 7 years (including through the pandemic) this school has encouraged both of my children to be the best that they can be in all aspects of their lives. the teachers excelled in teaching these students what is necessary to achieve excellence. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is a current student at this school and is on the sixth grade leopards team, he has been constantly complaining about his math teacher yelling at him and his classmates for no reason at all, cussing at students, is very violent, and in all honesty I do not feel safe with my son at this school. And he has been talking nonstop about his math teacher getting a DUI, and yes he is an adult, but there are photos of his mugshot all over the school! My son is now telling me that him or his little friends don't feel safe at this school.Parent Review1mo ago

"Christmas lights contest, top 3 homes get a prize. There is also a yard sale weekend during the summer. A new childrens playground. A lake that is great for bringing your dog for a walk. also a great spot to fish. we are also close to Georgetown, which has some shopping, grocery store, pharmacy and a coffee shop "

"The Bull Street corridor: the beating heart of downtown Savannah. All points of interest from Forsyth Park to the riverfront are within a ten-minute walk. Restaurants of all types and price ranges. Bars, banks, trendy shopping. You name it, it's all here except parking; that's a big hassle."
