This particular property will not be available until June time frame. I'm looking for long term leasing for atleast 2 to 3 years for the intial term. The house was built in 2010 and has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The master bedroom is 900sq ft, almost the size of an apartment with a fireplace. His and her sinks, large walk in closet, along with a mini room inside the master bedroom. The kitchen is a nice size with an island in the middle, large pantry, dishwasher, and a kitchen sink disposal. Double stairway, and fenced in back yard. Everything is working and in good condition. In the community there is a swimming pool, mini gym, a overall nice community. You will have to apply for your own utilities, save a few bucks on your bill as it is an energy efficient home. I have no problems if you decide to paint the insides of a different color but any damages to the interior/ exterior you be held liable. The home is in a Nice Suburb area in Port Wentworth GA. It is located 7 mins away from Pooler GA , where the Hilton Head Airport is located and the Tanger Outlet. The Pooler Area has a host's of restaurant, movie theather's,overall nice shopping area near the outlet. 15 mins away from Downtown Savannah and if you are in the military its a 18 min ride to Hunter Army Airfield, 42 mins to FT Stewart

You will need to provide proof of income, a valid phone number for your employer, along with a photo copy of your ID.
The photos were my personal setup, but the house is unfurnished. The pictures are to illustrate the inside and outside of the home, as well as the picture of the community pool. Pets are allow but now inside of the home, under certain situation they can be allowed and but not to the point where it effects the condition of the home. If pets are found to be inside of the home without my approval, you will be held liable for any damages to the home made by the pet. No smoking at all is allowed inside of the home.

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageQuite possibly the worst and most incompetent school in the state of GA. Here's what your child can expect there:1) Failure of most teachers to carry out an IEP.2) Teacher bullying 3) Zero action from administration or school counselor unless you reach out directly to the school board.4) General incompetence at every level. The only positive: some of the teachers and one of the vice principals is nice. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is one of the worst schools in the area. The classrooms are absolutely out of control especially in the middle school classrooms. The students have no respect for authority and there are multiple fights a day. There is a high degree of bullying that teachers are not responding to because they seem to be afraid of the students. Students roam the hallways not in class and when told to get back to class they just keep wandering around. The people at the front desk are some of the most unpleasant, rude people I've ever met. The staff are unsupported by administration and the counselors are a joke - most don't even understand the laws or follow through with reports of dangerous situations. Overall steer clear - there are a lot of people moving to this area because the weather is nice but realistically I hope you have enough money to send your kids to private school if you want them to be successful at all.Other Review1y ago
