3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI agree with the overall majority here, especially Mr. Beta/French retiree. I am a 1991 Honor Graduate of Central High. I am greatful for every challenging experience and the amazing teachers who gave heart and souls into educating. When offered a teaching scholarship by one of my teachers(R.I.P Mrs. Brannen) ,I declined. As much as I loved Education and helping my peers I did not want to be at thee forefront of shaping the minds of others. Little did I know, I would be back at my ALMA MATAR 15 yrs later doing that exact thing..Building Character and shaping young minds. *Mind Over Matter" GO Chargers!Other Review12y ago - Miller Magnet Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a parent of a current middle school and a student who has graduated from Miller. Both of my children have had positive experiences at Miller. The administration is enthusiastic and supportive. The teachers are great and do a good job of keeping a disciplined and productive environment while still being warm and nurturing. My children have been involved in extracurricular activities led by creative and dedicated teachers. Both of my children have done well on their state testing while at Miller and have impressed me with the things they've learned.Parent Review4y ago - Check out schools near 143 Lamar St.
