For kids or families, from other countries that are not familiar with the US educational system, it can be a big challenge. At the beginning, we would ask for support and the counselors would take a month or more to respond, so we took it on our hands and did most of it by ourselves, but we got a great help from the county itself. Still, we feel we lost a momentum in several cases due to lack of knowledge and the gap on the response.Parent Review10mo ago
