Only downside would be the distance to stores/shopping, though there are many great amenities in Jefferson Proper and having the Tiger Direct down the street is great (if not wonderful for my wallet!) Wish there was more TV/Internet competition, but DirecTV and Windstream work well enough. Perfect place for starter homes or retirees, and small families!"
