5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers and administrators can't or won't control the students' behavior. I think the problem is mostly in the parenting of the people who live in the school district to be honest. The people who work at the school have their hands tied mostly because of political correctness. Bullying and violence are rampant, and there is an email about "inappropriate items" being found in the school almost weekly. I cannot confirm this, but I have a suspicion based on evidence that the teachers are not doing much besides handing out worksheets and making sarcastic, negative remarks to the students.Parent Review4mo ago - Dutchtown High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible with a capital H. The 8th grade counselor does not care and the math teacher is ridiculously horrible. I 100% would not recommend this school to anyone. The teachers complain about a pay raise but don’t want to really teach. They don’t deserve anything but an extra training class on how to handle kids apparently. What happened to having teachers who truly care about learning like it use to be. These teachers are young and lazy now. The older teachers must’ve forgotten the information as well. And not to mention, I honestly believe the teachers don’t know the work themselves.Parent Review4mo ago
