The teachers and administrators are more concerned with checking a box that they themselves completed part of their job than being concerned if the student is learning. They definitely don’t seem to care about kids futures and what’s best for the child’s well-being, at least not my children. We have kids in Elementary, middle and high and would say this is true for the whole county school system. We’re planning a move next year to another school.

My child started Hubbard last year. She started 1st grade. We moved from Bibb County. She was behind on speech and learning. She could not read or write. They worked very hard with her. We even decided to hold her back to catch up. She has blossomed. She went from not be able to read, to reading chapter books. She writes short stories as well. They have been great ! She is now on a 3rd grade reading level.
