Northwoods was created after WWII as a the an original planned neighborhood with easy walks to schools, churches, large community parks, and sufficient room to raise families. Many people were employed at GM. Northwoods is a hidden gem within the perimeter. Huge trees and generous well placed lots make this one of the best buys. Lots of artists, designers, and gardeners love our shade gardens. Birds and wildlife are part of everyday life. "
