I was nervous coming from a school in CO where standards were high to the foothills of Appalachia however I have been pleasantly surprised. Teachers are genuine and helpful. 2 of my kids are in advanced classes which helps. Plenty of opportunities to get involved with thier learning. "Traffic in and even near town is a nightmare now that the college has gotten so big. Takes 20 mins to make a 5 min trip...very annoying. "

"Dogs are always welcome at local hangouts like shenanigans downtown alot of the shops allow pets in the stores as you shop too! Very k9 friendly community!"
