8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’ve had nothing but good experiences when I’ve had an opportunity to be at the school. I believe that my son is happy here. As happy as a teenager can be going to school. I feel like if I need somebody to assist me at the school they will make sure that I am with the right person for my situation. One of the reasons I moved to Forsyth County was because of the school districtParent Review4y ago - North Forsyth Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is quite an average school. It is diverse and the overall community is very respectful, and the extracurricular activities here are excellent. However, if your student is looking towards a challenging academic path, I wouldn't recommend this school. The students here are not up to as high a standard as other schools I have went to, at least in academics. Overall, this school is a nice, average school to build a platform on.Student Review8mo ago - Silver City Elementary School

"Great schools, shopping and family friendly environments. The roads need restructured but lots of grocery stores and public libraries. Garage sales are common all around. Neighbors are generally Fri fly and the county continues to grow. Taxes are relatively in middle class "

"I lived in the Polo Fields for 14 years, leaving GA six years after retiring. I found that neighbors here were snobs, too busy to become friendly with neighbors. Being from WI, I found this disturbing. The climate is great for winter and fall, but horridly humid during summers. This part of GA is victim to rainfall in the small watershed of the Chattahoochie River so that water availability for maintaining landscapes is fickle. Taxes in Forsyth County are low, especially for real estate. The Forsyth County School system is pretty good. I left to return to WI, finding a great neighborhood and very friendly people and cold winter weather---so be it. GA and Forsyth County were a great experience if you can live with the awful commutes in North Georgia and humid summers."

"What used to be a small rural town is now FULL of schools and traffic. Other than that, it’s perfect. It’s safe, clean, the people of the town I feel like are heard by our little government, people are generally nice, we have the lake and the mountain and all the little parks for sports. I wish they’d stop building so many schools but that’s just the times I guess. "
