The front office staff are so helpful and kind. I have never encountered such a great group of teachers, everyone is so engaged in your child’s education journey / life. We have had a great experience here. There are several events that help parents feel more engaged with their kids and their school life.Parent Review4mo ago - Veterans Memorial Middle School

"commuting is not bad at all there's a bus stop at almost every corner so there's no problem of getting around only thing is that there's not enough places that I can go and just enjoy myself within the city being that there's a lot segregation and discrimination going on within this beautiful city in which I think if we had outlets to enjoy it will decrease the unneighborly feel of the city"

"Lock your doors. There is a big mix of lifestyles here and that makes crime abundant. The area needs gentrification and cleanup in places. Then it would be safer for everyone. Houses could be more affordable if they were not gems in the rough. "
