Guests will enjoy a living room with plush seating, 55" TV with Apple TV and a cozy indoor electric fire place. First floor also has a half bathroom. Furniture has been sourced by Anthropologie, West Elm and more with artwork and photography around the house.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with SS appliances, silverware, dishes, pots/pans, (and even a SodaStream!), plus large dining table and seating. You'll have an oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher - plus large outdoor gas grill for your enjoyment.

A more formal dining room is perfect for a special meal or larger group - an elegant crystal chandelier sets the tone.

SECOND FLOOR:
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, all private.

The Master has pillow-top king bed, large walk in closet with custom shelves, jacuzzi soaking tub, dual-head shower, and private screened porch with seating - perfect for some relaxing outdoor reading.

The second bedroom has queen bed and shares a full bath with the third. The third bedroom has a twin with new cooling gel mattress and desk and exudes a deep and dramatic green, moody vibe. Both have individual closets, the second one is a walk-in.

There is also a laundry room with large washer/dryer available to you and A/C on each floor (a Nest is in the master bedroom).

For your convenience, I will provide Fresh linens, plush pillows and towels

Outside, enjoy a newly landscaped backyard. When the weather is cooler, get toasty with some homemade s'mores by the outdoor fire pit. You'll also enjoy a spacious outdoor deck seating area with natural gas BBQ and a driveway for two cars (additional parking easily found on street).
