Description

The Plaza Midtown is one of Midtown Atlanta's most popular condo developments. What differentiates this building from the rest, is the presence of a Publix Urban Market grocery store with a pharmacy, gourmet take-out, an extensive wine selection, and fresh sushi. Residents even have a special elevator to take them directly to Publix!New Sherwin Williams paint throughout was thoughtfully suggested by our stager with "AccessibleBeige with Tony Taupeaccent walls" to coordinate with the hardwood flooring and brand new carpet. Other perks for students include aGA Tech Trolly stop on the same block. Plaza Midtown has all the amenities one desires, a fitness center, a huge saltwater swimming pool, a meeting room/club room with other resort-style amenitiesincluding an acre pool plaza with gardens, a fire pit, grills, and entertaining areas, 24-hour concierge, security, and secure package delivery area. Sleek City-views off the balcony east and west down Peachtree Place.

"Just be mindful of your surroundings and watch out for drivers not obeying traffic laws. There tend to be a lot of loud exhaust noises late at night and it’s definitely not the quietest of neighborhoods, but it’s also the closest to NYC you’ll find in Atlanta!"
