    "You will not find a better affordable intown neighborhood to raise a family - lots of families with young children, people walking dogs stopping in the street to chat you up, and very kind, open-minded people. There is a good mix of diversity, gay families (with and without kids), and people who are actively involved in making this a better place. Great schools (IB track for elementary, middle, and high schools), and involved parents. There's a mom's group (Moms off Bolton, or MOB for short), and a GREAT walkable BBQ joint/bar with live music and great drinks just around the corner in the middle of Riverside. Spink-Collins park is at one end of our neighborhood (a natural park with many hiking trails), and a new park going in near the river soon on the other. We have a neighborhood festival (Riverfest) with live music, food, drinks, and art every year, and an active gardening community. Riverside is an AMAZING place to live!"
