    "I just love the way this area is set up. Family friendly and single friendly. Love the ocean view. Love that the beach is not over crowded. The water is magnificent. The higher floors have the best view of the colors of the ocean. You can even see some of the sea life if you have a set of binoculars."

    "Not kid friendly in this area. Mostly retired older couples. Would suggest looking for a home in another area. This area is a nice place to come for a vacation, but again if you are looking for a condo to buy this is not the ideal place for families with children. "

    "The beach and parks are within a short walk. The river is beautiful and your dog can swim safely with you. You can go fishing and running without concern. It is a beautiful place. Outside cafe seating for you and your dog. "
